Terms of sale

1. Seller

Products are sold by Julie Maisonnier, sole trader; full details appear in the legal notice.

2. Products

Items are clothing and accessories made to order by a production partner, from standard blanks that are printed or embroidered.

Product images are illustrative: slight variations in shade or print placement may occur.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros. No VAT is charged (article 293 B of the French tax code).

Shipping costs are shown before you confirm your order.

4. Orders and payment

An order is confirmed once these terms are accepted and payment is made. A confirmation email summarising the order is then sent.

Payment is made by card at the time of the order, through Stripe. Card details never pass through the seller's servers.

5. Delivery

Orders ship within Europe. As every item is made to order, allow 2 to 5 business days for production, then 3 to 7 business days for delivery.

Report a damaged parcel or an incorrect item as soon as possible to hello@defilenmyrtille.com, with photographs where possible.

6. Right of withdrawal

You have fourteen days from delivery to withdraw from the contract, without giving a reason, by writing to hello@defilenmyrtille.com.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition within fourteen days of that notice. Return shipping is at your expense.

Refunds are issued within fourteen days of receiving the returned items, using the original payment method.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised at your request.

7. Legal guarantees

All products carry the French statutory guarantee of conformity (two years from delivery) and the guarantee against hidden defects, at no cost to you.

8. Complaints

Complaints may be sent to hello@defilenmyrtille.com. We aim to reply promptly and to find an amicable solution.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to consumer protection rules.
